Article processing Charges
Proskolar is a self supporting organization and do not receive funding from any institution/government to organize all the journals. Hence, the operation of the Journal is entirely funded by the Article Processing fees received from authors and some academic/corporate sponsors. As the publishing involves various phases like peer-review processing, proof-reading, type-setting, plagiarism checking, web maintenance and finding reviewers to review articles we charge nominal normal Article Processing Charges to be paid by the authors. The handling fees are purely utilized to meet maintenance of the journal and we do not charge anything for subscription as we go with open access policy. The articles are freely accessible to all the readers and are not required to pay anything as we charge you for publishing. Authors are required to pay only after the acceptance of manuscript for publication.
